Javier Rodriguez Sanzo

It is a family business with its own vineyards under the Rueda and Toro markings, which uses the vineyards of their friends from the following appellations to produce their wines: Rioja Robera del Duero, Rias Biaxas and Priorat. Rodriguez Sanzo manages around 100 hectares of vineyards through leases and contracts, working with a great team of highly skilled workers to achieve the right vineyard status. He is constantly looking for his own style, respecting the main features of each territory.

The production in vineyards is based on sustainable, ecological and increasingly biodynamic agriculture. This biodynamic approach also applies to the processes taking place in the vineyard, so that wines are more and more natural and always express the spirit of the vine from which they come from. It is considered one of the main Spanish family businesses among producers of high-quality wines.

They have been on the market since 2003, wines are made in 25 countries, and in 2013 they were recognized as Spain's Best Winery. In 2014, they entered the international list of the 100 most awarded wineries in the world. Rodriguez Sanzo wines are now spread over five continents, mainly in Europe, the USA and Japan.
