The history of the family company Maison Briottet begins in the year 1836. At the beginning, the family was mainly involved in maturing, blending, bottling and selling wines. Following the developing of the French fashion for blackcurrant liqueurs, the company evolved into the production of liqueurs, brandy and distillates. Currently, Gerard Briottet looks after the family business and the legacy of Edmund Briottet, while representing the fourth generation of founders.

A multigenerational company like Maison Briottet still maintains the highest quality for which it was famous for so many years. The highest-quality fruit delivered by selected fruit growers undergo strict quality tests. The purest alcohol and the carefully selected amount of sugar make each of these liqueurs a masterpiece of taste and aroma.
